ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION
FN ARCHITECTURE
& CONSTRUCTION
ABOUT
FN is an architecture and construction firm based in São Paulo. With a growing portfolio and a model that covers both architecture and construction management, the company was stepping into a new phase with plans to expand its practices to Miami. They needed a visual identity that reflected this evolution, something clearer, stronger, and more aligned with where the business is headed and how it needs to be seen to help with that growth. We were brought in to update the brand, replacing a previous identity that lacked the clarity and presence to represent the firm and the caliber of its work.
CHALLENGE
The firm has built a solid reputation across both architecture and construction management, but the brand was telling a different story. The old logo felt fragile and unrefined, often disappearing when placed next to a partner or competitor mark. It lacked a clear link to the industry, failing to reflect the firm's focus and expertise. This disconnect became even more of a concern as the firm planned to expand its practices to Miami. Beyond the logo, there was no real system. Every touchpoint felt disconnected, creating a lack of cohesion that undercut the firm’s credibility. Our challenge was to build a brand that felt confident, cohesive, and ready to stand out in a highly competitive field.
SOLUTION
Our goal was to give FN more than just a new look. We helped the firm sharpen its positioning, communicate its dual offering with confidence, and show up in the market as the modern, multidimensional business it has become. The logotype restores that missing connection, forming a subtle house shape within the letters, a quiet gesture that links the identity back to the firm’s core disciplines. The visual system is clean, structured, and rooted in clarity of information, balancing precision with strength. Beyond the identity, we delivered a full brand toolkit to set the FN team up for success. That included pitch decks, social templates, signage, and brand guidelines. The result is a flexible, future-facing brand that captures the firm’s evolution and supports its continued growth.
